Fresh Food Products<\/p>\n<p>All Japanese Cheesecakes, cakes, desserts, cookies and beverages are freshly prepared and are therefore excluded from returns once collected or delivered, unless the product is defective or an error has occurred on our part.<\/p>\n<p>## 2. Order Cancellation<\/p>\n<p>Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the agreed pickup date.<\/p>\n<p>Custom celebration cakes and wedding cakes cannot be cancelled once production has started.<\/p>\n<p>## 3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders<\/p>\n<p>If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 12 hours and include your order number together with photos of the product.<\/p>\n<p>After verification, we will offer one of the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Replacement of the product<br \/>\n\u2022 Store credit<br \/>\n\u2022 Full refund where appropriate<\/p>\n<p>## 4.
