# Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Sameh Konditorei.
As our products are freshly prepared food items, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
## 1. Fresh Food Products
All Japanese Cheesecakes, cakes, desserts, cookies and beverages are freshly prepared and are therefore excluded from returns once collected or delivered, unless the product is defective or an error has occurred on our part.
## 2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the agreed pickup date.
Custom celebration cakes and wedding cakes cannot be cancelled once production has started.
## 3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 12 hours and include your order number together with photos of the product.
After verification, we will offer one of the following:
• Replacement of the product
• Store credit
• Full refund where appropriate
## 4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
## 5. Online Orders
Orders placed through our website are prepared fresh for pickup at the selected Sameh Konditorei branch.
Please ensure that your selected pickup date, time and branch are correct before completing your order.
